Stockton Lane Playgroup was established in 1964 and caters for children aged between 2 and 5 years.

A Committee of parents  employing qualified staff run the Playgroup. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to join the Committee without whom the Playgroup can not operate.

The Playgroup is located in Christchurch’s main hall, which is situated on Stockton Lane. It provides a safe and secure environment, bright airy rooms, and a large outdoor play area adjoining farmland. Parking facilities are available to all.

The Playgroup operates the following hours

Monday 9am to 12 noon

Tuesday 9am to 3.30pm with a lunch club (morning and afternoon sessions can still be undertaken but priority will be given to those selecting a full day. 9am to 12 noon and 12.30pm to 3.30pm

Wednesday 9am to 3.30pm with a lunch club (morning and afternoon sessions can still be undertaken but priority will be given to those selecting a full day. 9am to 12 noon and 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

Thursday 9am to 12 noon

Friday 9am to 12 noon
